We’re looking for  versatile, professional percussionists to join our roster for a range of upcoming and future live performance opportunities.

The work will primarily be connected with Roland Gajate García and affiliated artists/projects, with opportunities varying by production, artist, venue, and schedule.

• An excellent, highly musical percussionist with strong live performance experience (DCI, WGI, Concert)
• Comfortable across Latin, Afro-Cuban, pop, contemporary, and commercial styles
• Able to lock in with a rhythm section while prioritizing creativity and community
• Experienced with hand percussion and/or a broad range of percussion setups
• Reliable, punctual, professional
• Comfortable learning arrangements quickly and adapting to different artists and productions
• Available for rehearsals, live shows, tours, and/or session-style work as opportunities arise
• Able to read charts, follow cues, and work comfortably in a professional production environment

A strong sense of groove, versatility, stage presence, and professionalism are essential.
